Neighborhood House

Pubilc facilities

This project was thought to be a place of business and life to provide residents a functional quality. Also at school and extracurricular vocation, the neighborhood house becomes a trance-generational exchange.
Integrating bioclimatic approach, the project leverages the advantages of the site and its environment in terms of light and thermal contributions. The choice of materials reveals a concern for environmental quality and efficiency. The wooden frame was chosen to optimize thermal insulation while using renewable materials.
